ALL the UNFORGETTABLE CHARACTERS were BACK, but the STORYLINE was MORE FOCUSED on GWEN and DARRYL. I LOVED THEIR LOVE. The FLASHBACKS of what GWEN went THROUGH as a CHILD, were so HORRIFIC/HEINOUS. FLASHBACKS of what other CHARACTERS went THROUGH, were just as BAD. Some PEOPLE WANTED to TEAR THE CREW and RELATIONSHIPS APART, for their OWN REASONS. THE CREW were BEASTS, both the MALES and FEMALES, and WEREN'T HAVING THAT. They DEFINITELY had EACH OTHERS BACK, and SERVED SOME REVENGE for those who were TRULY WRONGED. I'm just gonna say hands down k. Harris your pen game is ridiculous. i recommend all her books cause i know when you drop ur next one i'm getting it.
The heroines irked me to know end... nagging, into one self, childish and etcetera... I really didn't want a happy ending for Gwen she was her number one enemy
I have also had this book awhile and have read it a lot lol and I hope you write more books having to do this this book I am of course going to tell people about this book well I already have actually. The best book
Gwen and D battle to hold it together sigh. This book was good I hated that Gwen had to go through as much as she did, but I love how the crew dealt out the revenge to that sorry person who desreved it. I'm glad every thing worked itself out in the end. Im still loving the crew! !!!
I believe I finished this book in one day! I love Gwen and D in the first book Love Drug and in this book I fell in love with them all over. Even though I wanted to kill Gwen a few times but she finally found her way back!! Ppl another one that you need to pick up.. but you gotta read Love Drug First!!! So just pick up them both up!!!!
I was excited to start this book and see how Gwen and D's relationship developed. Then I was ready to shake the hell outta Gwen for being stuck on stupid for a moment; however, I was happy with how D handled her and the situation. Damnit, Gwen, you almost lost a good one! LOL This sequel made me laugh, cry, and want to fight. I'm looking forward to The Crew acting a fool in the next book because I can tell all hell is about to break loose! Keep it coming, K!!
Being that I read two of K. Harris' other books, I just thought that this would be off the charts. It was to a certain extent, but I was not moved entirely by the storyline. I did not like how grown men went after high school boys, that was too far fetched. And their storyline was ho-hum mish to me. I kept saying this and I'll continue to say this a love story that has hood elements have to have equal parts, how could this been written as a "love story" and then have mediocre love scenes. And by having Nicole and Brock deeply involved in the storyline to me took away from their story of lack of! It could have been better in my opinion.
